Pressed cheese, made with pasteurised milk from Manchegan sheep, bred exclusively in the La Mancha region, which is a special milk, characteristic of this native breed that gives Manchego cheese a unique flavour.
Matured for between 2 months and 2 years, with an ivory white colour and an intense aroma, depending on the maturity, it is ideal for accompanying a good red wine or a special beer.
