All varieties are made with 100% milk and special characteristics from goats that are reared in the mountains of Toledo and Ciudad Real, the exceptional mountain region, used exclusively for pastures containing the best goats, which have lived in these extraordinary areas and landscapes as if time had stood still since our ancestors, due to its mountainous characteristics, with special aromas that give goat cheese a taste that is characteristic of the area, appreciated wherever it is presented.
